Last week we looked at the numerology of the Moses model of
leadership. This week we look at why it works, especially in contrast to
the way the world of human resources has operated for the last century or so.
This is especially important today, like in the today literal
sense, because of the protests that are happening in Egypt and the Islamic
world generally, as well as the social democracies of Europe, and even the Tea
Party Movement in the United States.
What we are seeing worldwide is human individual disgust with
the way things are currently operating. For the most part, these have been
quite docile in the United States and more violent in more repressive regimes,
but the general theme in all of them can be summarized within the paradigm of
Òwe are sick and tired of being sick and tired.Ó
Furthermore there is an expressed fear in the media that what
was somewhat tepid human individual repression, will lead to even more
repressive fascist and communist governments. To put this in context, we must
look at the big picture of the twentieth century, which is basically material
consumption based upon cheap energy (oil).
The United States has been the worldÕs shining example of
this Òsuccess,Ó basing a full seventy percent of its GDP on this past century
model. Because the Americans have been so successful with the passivity bought
within the stuff model, it logically follows that we have a much larger stuff
cushion than the rest of the world; hence thus far American protests have been
mostly words, even in the context of the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle
Giffords.
When we look behind the screen of the wizards in control of
all countries, we see a widening gap between those who have access to wealth
and those who do not. This disparity has been heightened by the reality that a
world based upon the financing of economic bubbles has essentially burst
completely. Even though the so-called leadership of the world has continued to
express the hope that they know what they are doing, we the people no longer
think they are the wizards they claim to be.
To break it down into the essential argument: it is one thing
to claim to be a wizard, it is quite another to claim to be a god. That godlike
leadership model was what led to the downfall of Egypt in the Moses era, and
while the scale is much more global today, that faulty human god complex is
what is behind everything that is happening in the economic world. Just like in
ancient Egypt, human godlessness cannot see the hand of God behind it all. This
will eventually lead to godlessness destruction.
Moses was a lawgiver. It is the rule of law that will
eventually bring peace. Moses based the law he proclaimed on human natural law,
not the law of Pharaoh. If we end there, we miss reality that the Mosaic Law
was a human subset of the totality of GodÕs natural law. This is the true
genius of the founding of the United States. The founders understood that
reality, by the grace of God, and hence came up with a system by which humans
could govern themselves and not rely on elite rulership to govern the ways of
man. ÒWe the people,Ó finds it direct link in Òwhat Moses did.Ó
The difference in the effectiveness of the Moses model we
discussed last week is that the community numerology he implemented allowed for
individual expression while at the same time allowing for governance of
millions. In language that we do not like to understand today, MosesÕ model
worked by design, it did not evolve out of nothing, or the works of wishful
thinking elitists and intellectuals.
Glenn Beck was the source of the teachings of Cloward and
Piven into contemporary modern thought. When we were all fat, rich and drugged
on prosperity, most of us didnÕt care. However in the aftermath of the Giffords
shooting in Arizona, the remarks of Francis Fox Piven, finally became
mainstream into what we could consider objective journalism.
Her remarks carried to the world, basically stated that she
didnÕt understand why all the oppressed masses in the United States didnÕt
riot, like they did in Greece, to bring about the fall the repressive government
of this country.
There really are three alternatives here, to point out the
fallacy of her thinking. First of all, the building blocks of elitist utopias,
no longer have the ability to act as real people. Second that the building
blocks still understand that the hardship that Ms. Piven sees; is really not
deprivation, but rather and inconvenience. Third and most important, the
intellectual snobbery of the whole activist progressive movement, is just
incapable of seeing the reality, as progressively bad (like in not good) the
American republican system of governance has become, the rule of law still
prevails in the land.
How shocking it must have been to that worldview that someone
in the judicial branch of the government would strike down the entirety of ObamaCare
and base his rulings on ÒactivistÓ provisions of the United States
Constitution, not the activist desire to make the Constitution irrelevant in
terms of evolving progressive society?
Personally I am getting tired of Mr. BeckÕs continuing angst
about collapsing the system into chaos. Order into chaos is a natural law of
thermodynamics. It is called entropy. All we can do as human beings is hurry
that reality along, but we cannot make chaos go away. We may attempt to change
the world, through such things as global warming legislation. We may create and
enforce totalitarian regimes. We may create enlightened forms of despotism,
based in monarchies, formal religion and manifest destiny, economics, or even
global material elitism, but they are really just literal kingdoms of this
world.
Only God can create true order out of true chaos. This is
especially true in a world in which prime reality is based upon sin and death.
The two true causes behind entropy are sin and death. Only true natural law energetics,
based upon those laws that the Mosaic law is but a small part, can reorder even
this fallen world, into a true Ònew world order.Ó
We have stated many times, that Humpty Dumpty fell off the
wall and broke, because both Humpty Dumpty and the wall were based upon human
godless enlightenment. It logically follows that all the kings horses and all
the kings men, working within the limitations of human godless enlightenment,
canÕt and wonÕt put Humpty Dumpty together again.
What we need to begin to see, that it is God that has allowed
this chaos to occur for such a time as this. There is a true reality in the
world that we are running out of stuff to make our stuff. There are those who
tell you that that is not so, for the time being they make a good to a wealthy
living promoting those worldviews.
There is also an element of truth in what they are saying, in
the literal sense we will never run out of stuff to make more stuff. The
reality is however, that the cost of the baseline stuff is rapidly becoming
much more expensive, especially in twentieth century terms. Currently in the
United States, we are doing that by just creating dollars ex nihilo. I just
read yesterday, that China is no longer the largest holder of United States
debt securities; the Federal Reserve has just gained that distinction.
The term Ponzi scheme comes to mind, but the reality and the
complexity of this monetary game are beyond the scope of the best and the worst
plans of human elitist schemes. The hastening of entropy is what is happening.
Around the world stage everyone is playing their parts to perfection.
This brings us to Moses in the wilderness. We have defined
wilderness, as a place where man visits but never stays. Wilderness in our
common term has always referred to the natural world. But in the famous legacy
of President Bill Clinton, it all depends upon what your wilderness definition
is- -is; or something like that.
However if we use the Mosaic Law model as part of natural
law, it truly is not that much of a stretch to conceptualize that the
wilderness may quickly become New York City, Cairo, Madrid, Dublin, Athens, or
any other city where mankind no longer wants to live, because the wilderness
hardships are just too complicated.
So where are you going to run and hide?
The answer is the same in the Nowhere wilderness and the
Urban Urbane wilderness. That answer is human communities based upon tens,
fifties, hundreds, and thousands, that function from the bottom up and from the
top down.
We will never willingly adopt these principles until we
become desperate, because they do not fit our definitions of continually
evolving human societies and cultures. What we thought would never happen is
now happening around the world and it is coming at us from all sides, ranging
from the political, to the weather, to our economics.
All the Humpty Dumpties are falling all over the world and
all the kingsÕ horses — you get the picture.
Moses, a type of geopolitical leader, led the children of
Israel out of literal Egypt into the desert wilderness east of the Red Sea.
There they wandered for forty years while, those who had no faith but what they
had learned in Egypt died. A gruesome reality of just how deadly the Biblical
Egyptian typology really is.
That literal grand Egypt was destroyed; yet to be rebuilt by
God. Could the turmoil of what is happening in that country today be the
beginning of that restoration?
For those of us in the mystical Egypt, could that ancient wilderness
destiny become ours?
As long as we look to ourselves to save us in a totally
geopolitical universe, the writing has been on the wall of another ancient (Babylonian)
capital also. But Moses standing,
for we the people, is the true beginning of understanding of a way though and
eventually out of the wilderness of this time in history.
